Working across programs at Humber for this campaign, we created an ad series centered around male self-care and beauty, a twist on traditional makeup advertising. Sephora has established itself as being dedicated to diversity & inclusivity, so advertising to the growing market of men in the beauty sector only serves to expand and diversify their brand.

The campaign takes a step past the novelty of men in makeup and looks to create a ‘New Normal‘. I starred in the ads, lending the cause and showing that men in makeup, truly isn’t a big deal – it simply looks good.

It was my job to make things look good behind the scenes as well, working as lead designer on the project, pushing for the aesthetic and tonal direction.
